IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR YOU NEED ANYTHING WHILE ON-SITE:

Our property management company is Resort Rentals. https://www.resortrentals.us/

8010 Blind Pass Road
St. Pete Beach, FL 33706
Toll Free: 1-800-293-3979
Phone: (727) 363-3336

They are located 5 min away and have 100+ units that they manage at Land’s End.  If you need immediate assistance during your stay, please feel free to call them.

Other suggestions:

The beach on the gulf side of the resort is called Sunset Beach. Land’s End is at the end of Treasure Island which is why it is called “Land’s End”. There are fewer people, and it is more private because it is harder to get to from public parking. It is a 2 min walk to the beach from the condo just across the parking lot with great sunset views.

RESTAURANTS:

The Toasted Monkey is right across the inlet from the condo.
https://thetoastedmonkey.com/
It is a fun venue with live dance music mostly from the 80’s and 90’s and a menu of burgers, tacos, and sandwiches. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the music without having to go anywhere.  Or if that’s not your idea of paradise, you can close the hurricane doors and the sound goes away.

Buoys Waterfront Bar and Grill is directly across the inlet next to The Toasted Monkey
https://buoyswaterfrontbar.com/
We had our daughter’s rehearsal dinner there.  Great food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with a spectacular view.

82 Degrees is also across the inlet.
https://www.eatat82.com/menus/
Great drinks and good food.  More of an upscale contemporary Florida vibe with great views of the sunset from upstairs.

Sea Dog Brewing Company
https://seadogbrewing.com/
Great place to take the kids. Good food, games and a chill vibe. Buy a T-shirt and hat. They also brew great pumpkin beer in season.

Shrimpy’s Blues Bistro
https://shrimpysbluesbistro.com/
This is in a strip center across from Sea Dog on the water. Behind it, you can rent jet skis and boats.
Looks unappealing from the outside but great food and live music in the back room.

Leverock’s Great Seafood
https://www.leverocks.com/
This place has been there for 30+ years so it has that 70’s wood vibe inside.
Good sea food and reasonably priced.

Taco Bus
https://taco-bus.com/stores/treasure-island/
If you need some Mexican food this is a great choice to eat-in or take out.  They actually have a school “Bus” in the restaurant and it is just up the road from the condo 😊

Caddy’s Treasure Island
https://caddys.com/
Less than a mile up the beach from Land’s End so you can walk via the beach or on the sidewalk. If you drive, you will have to pay for parking. Fun beach vibe with tables in the sand.

Ka’Tiki
https://ka’tiki.com/
Across from Caddy’s is Ka’Tiki. It is a laid-back tiki bar with live music daily.

GiGi’s Italian Restaurant
https://www.gigisstpete.com
They have a location on Treasure Island.  Great Pizza and Egg Plant Parm.

Sloppy Joes
https://sloppyjoesonthebeach.com/
It has an inside restaurant and one directly on the beach in Treasure Island.  About 2 miles north of the condo.  Great drinks, live music at night.

The Helm
https://helmtampabay.com
7736 Blind Pass Road, St Pete Beach (less than a 3 mi drive)
A more upscale brunch and lunch restaurant with great food and a nautical atmosphere.

John’s Pass

If you head north on Gulf Blvd for about 10 minutes you will arrive at John’s Pass. On the right after crossing the bridge is a collection of shops and restaurants with a boardwalk.  This is a fun excursion to go shopping and have a bite to eat.  They also have a pirate ship ride for the kids.

Coconut Charlie’s Beach Bar
www.coconutcharliesstpete.com
Behind the Hilton Garden Hotel on St. Pete Beach.
Great place to hang out and either watch or play Volleyball and watch the ocean.  Live music every night.
I would recommend Chuck’s Special Margarita 😊
